My Approach to Wellness
I truly believe that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected and impact each other, and that learning to shift our perspective can be life-altering. Additionally, I incorporate re-framing, mindfulness, and meaning-making/existentialism in as I walk with you on your path to a better life. I implement these approaches in a goal-focused format that helps clients explore past events and influences that have lead to current behaviors, patterns, and thought patterns while implementing real-time changes in the present.
