Group Coaching
*COMING SOON* Group coaching with Atypikal Wellness, LLC involves participation in a closed, 6-12 week support group. Members will build rapport with me and each other while learning and reinforcing concepts and skills designed to help them navigate and succeed in various aspects of life. Groups will be offered at varying times and price ranges, and will focus on a different topic each week. Click below to find a group that fits you!
Classes & Workshops

Individual Coaching
If you need individualized help with a specific or short-term issue, look no further! Atypikal Wellness, LLC offers 1-on-1 solution-focused consultation and guidance. Sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a program; they can address any wellness/life issue you are motivated to explore and improve. *Please note that this is not the same as clinical therapy and you will need to schedule a free initial consultation to ensure this option is the right fit for you.* Click below to do so.
Gifted Coaching & Consultation
Atypikal Wellness, LLC offers coaching and consultation sessions for parents and families with gifted children. During these sessions, I provide guidance for children, adolescents and/or their caretakers on how to navigate the challenges of giftedness. Topics include but are not limited to: navigating academics and your school's gifted program, emotional regulation for you and your gifted child or teenager, and social-emotional skills appropriate for the unique needs of your gifted learner. Both individual and group sessions are available. *Please note that this is not the same as clinical therapy and you will need to schedule a free initial consultation to ensure this option is the right fit for you and your child.* Click below to do so.

Price:
$100 per session
Package Options:
6-session package for $500
10-session package for $850
Group Coaching:
Sessions:
90-minute group sessions (10-15 participants)
Price:
$45 per participant per session
Package Options:
$225 for one 6-week group coaching program
Workshops & Classes:
Topics:
Emotional regulation, building healthy relationships, self-advocacy, social skills for neurodivergent individuals, etc.
Price:
$25 - $50 per class, depending on the duration and topic
Gifted Coaching & Consulting
Sessions: 45-minute coaching sessions
Price: $80 per session (child/adolescent) or $100 per session (parent)
Package Options:
6-session package for $400
8-session package for $500
Parent-child coaching package, 6 sessions for $550 or 8 sessions for $640
(includes 2 parent coaching sessions)
